Question 1

What exactly does Elevation Leap specialize in?

Accepted Answer

Elevation Leap is a growth agency engineered specifically for local businesses. We build high-converting, lightning-fast multi-page websites, deploy a proprietary Speed-to-Lead AI stack that responds to every lead in seconds, run Google Local Services Ads (LSA) with the Google Guaranteed badge, manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, produce done-for-you social media content, and automate your Google Reviews. Every channel is unified by one Speed-to-Lead AI response layer so no inbound opportunity ever goes cold.

Question 2

How does the 24/7 AI Virtual Voice Receptionist handle inbound calls?

Accepted Answer

When an inbound call rings, our AI Voice Receptionist answers on the first ring with realistic, human-like voice inflection. It greets callers, answers pricing and service questions, checks your real-time calendar, schedules service appointments, dispatches emergency requests, and sends booking links via SMS — 24/7, including after hours and weekends.

Question 3

How fast does the system respond to web leads and missed phone calls?

Accepted Answer

Every web lead, form submission, DM, and missed call is engaged in seconds. Our Speed-to-Lead AI instantly qualifies the prospect, answers their question, books the appointment directly onto your calendar, and dispatches a confirmation by SMS and email — all before a competitor even sees the notification.

Question 4

Does Elevation Leap replace my current website or integrate with it?

Accepted Answer

Either path works. We can engineer a brand-new high-converting, multi-page website from scratch — or we can deploy our AI lead-capture engine and automation stack on top of your existing site. We'll audit what you have and recommend the fastest route to more booked jobs.

Question 5

How does the 5-Star Google Review Engine work?

Accepted Answer

We deploy automated 5-star review request funnels via SMS and email that ask every happy customer for a review the moment a job is completed. Then our 24/7 AI auto-reply engine responds to every Google review instantly — positive or negative — to keep your profile active and push you up the Google Maps Top 3 Pack. Continuous Google Business Profile Optimization is available as an add-on.

Question 6

What's the difference between the $97, $179, and $297 website tiers?

Accepted Answer

The $97 Starter Website includes up to 6 pages, a contact form, Google reviews with AI auto-reply, and on-page + LLM SEO. The $179 GROWTH AI SUITE adds a 24/7 AI chatbot and a built-in booking page. The $297 Full AI Suite adds an after-hours AI Voice Receptionist, call-back note-taking, and Q&A booking on a single calendar. Need multi-calendar or paid ads? Book a free consultation. Ongoing SEO & Google Profile management is available as a $497/month add-on on top of any tier.

Question 7

Is there a long-term contract or setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Elevation Leap runs on a modular monthly retainer with no contract — cancel anytime. There are no rigid multi-phase lock-ins and no hidden setup fees on the core plan. You stay because the system works, not because you're locked in.

Question 8

How does Elevation Leap optimize my business to be found on AI search models (LLMs)?

Accepted Answer

We engineer your site for LLM SEO — structuring content, schema markup, and entity signals so that AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity recognize and recommend your business by name when local customers ask them for a service provider. Combined with Google LSA, a fast site, and active Google Reviews, you become the default recommendation in both traditional search and AI answers.

Question 9

What industries and business types do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with local service businesses of every kind — plumbers, HVAC and electrical contractors, dog groomers and pet services, property managers, postal and mailbox rental services, roofers, landscapers, cleaners, med spas, dental and chiropractic practices, attorneys, and any local operator that lives or dies by inbound phone calls and online lead forms.

Question 10

How long does white-glove setup and onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most clients are fully onboarded and live within 5–10 business days. We handle the website build, AI engine wiring, calendar and CRM sync, review automation, and ad launch — white-glove, end to end — so you can stay focused on serving customers.

Question 11

What is the best AI receptionist service for local businesses?

Accepted Answer

The best AI receptionist for a local business answers on the first ring, sounds human, knows your services and pricing, checks your live calendar, books real appointments, and follows up by SMS — all 24/7. That's exactly what Elevation Leap's AI Voice Receptionist does, and it's bundled into every core plan so no call ever goes to voicemail again.

Question 12

How much does a local business website with AI lead capture cost?

Accepted Answer

A custom, high-converting local business website with AI lead capture starts at $97/month for the Starter Website (6 pages, contact form, AI review auto-reply, on-page + LLM SEO), scales to $179/mo with a 24/7 AI chatbot and booking page, and tops out at $297/mo with the after-hours AI Voice Receptionist and call-back note-taking. No contract, cancel anytime. Social media management tiers run from $197 to $1,000+/month, and Ongoing SEO & Google Profile management is a $497/month add-on.

Question 13

How do I stop missing phone calls from customers?

Accepted Answer

Missed calls are lost revenue. Our AI Voice Receptionist answers every inbound call on the first ring 24/7 — even after hours and on weekends — so no customer ever hits voicemail. Combined with our Speed-to-Lead web bot, every call and form is captured, qualified, and booked in seconds.

Question 14

Do you offer AI capture systems for existing websites without a new website build?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your current site is solid, we can deploy our AI lead-capture engine — the 24/7 chatbot, voice AI dispatch, Speed-to-Lead response in seconds, calendar booking, and review automation — directly onto your existing website without a full rebuild. Book a call and we'll tell you if it's a fit.

Question 15

What is the cheapest way to get more Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

The most cost-effective way is automated review requesting at scale: an SMS/email funnel that asks every customer the moment a job finishes, plus 24/7 AI replies to every review to keep your profile active. That's built into our Google Reviews AI Engine, and it consistently drives local businesses up the Google Maps Top 3 Pack without ad spend.
